Excellent customer service, they contacted me when they had an earlier appointment to renew my medical card . They take this pandemic seriously as one of the nurses was running a fever and as a precaution they set up a tele-appointment as well as visit with the Doctor. Minor issue but handled well
I had some issues with my cell allowing use of camera and mic during my appt. However Channing called when I missed my appt and got me on the phone with DR. Despite having issues, certainly user error, I think this is am awesome service to offer. Thank you

I have been going to HHS for about 6 or 7 years and needed a renewal. It was super easy to go to their website to schedule my appointment. And, now they have the means to telecommute. So, again, very simple process for appointment and payment. Glad I've stayed here. Channing, the receptionist, is also very pleasant, too! Thanks, Herbal Health Systems!

I don't think things could have gone any smoother. Appointment was easy to set and had a lot of openings. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable of procedure and super chill. Appointment took 30 minutes max and even left with a lot of good info about treating with marijuana. Also got a coupon to a nearby dispensary!
Definitely recommend to anyone considering getting a med card.
